Helping to create fur-ever homes for English Bulldogs, one family at a time.
Volunteer today with North End Bulldog Rescue. Not only do we rescue, we assist other rescues daily!
North End Bulldog Rescue is currently in application status for 501 (c) 3.
Adopting is one of the best things you can do.
When you adopt, you’re not just giving a deserving dog a home; you are reducing the demand for puppy mills and other industrial-scale breeding operations that put profit before animal welfare. Thousands of beautiful dogs are euthanized daily in shelters nationwide; it is the endeavor of NEBR to facilitate breed-specific rescues for English, French, and Olde English bulldogges from situations of neglect, surrender, conflict, or medical necessity.

Available for Adoption! Otis
If velcro was a dog, that would be our Otis! Prepare for a boy that won’t leave your side, and absolutely LOVES all of the treatments/amenities in his foster home. Long naps, butt rubs, and toys are his favorite; he loves people, and doesn’t seem to be reactive to hardly anything. Otis is immediately available for adoption with NEBR! If you’re interested in applying to adopt him, please email us at adoptions@northendbulldogrescue.org!

Available for Adoption! Meatball
Available for Adoption!
It always breaks our heart to rescue these kiddos that have been neglected by humans for far too long. Meatball is looking for his new forever family where he’s the only dog, and there are no children. He absolutely loves head scratches, walks, and snacks, and car rides are his favorite!
We are looking for an experienced bulldog owner for Meatball that understands the nuance of bullies, he has lost so much confidence in humans after being shuffled around so much and all that we want to do is get him somewhere he can get the love and care and attention that he needs.
If you’re interested in adopting Meatball, please reach out to us at adoptions@northendbulldogrescue.org! He has a lot of love to give, and is ready to find his forever home. -
Adopted: "Bear"
Bear is another intake from our run to California earlier this year. He was being sold on Craigslist, someone bought him and gave him to a bulldog owner who got him to us (thankfully!). He was almost dead from dehydration and malnourishment when we received him, we nursed him back to health and now he has made Taylor, our Executive Director, his human for life!
Bear is the sweetest boy, and is partially blind and deaf. Somehow, though, he always hears it when you’re opening food!
He LOVES big fluffy things, and will find his way right on to them all.
We are excited to have Bear join our permanent “mascot” status for NEBR, and enjoy big fluffy things and lots of treats for the rest of his life. Welcome home, Bear!

Adopted! Cosmo
Cosmo was rescued from a California shelter, and fostered by two of our favorite volunteers for a few weeks before being adopted by his forevers who now spoil him rotten! We still get update texts on him every few weeks from all of the amazing places he’s traveling to. He truly found his perfect “forever” home thanks to the hard work of NEBR volunteers!

Adopted! Zoe
Zoe was a very special rescue/case that we took in at just six weeks of age. Born with a leg that wasn’t growing quite as well as the others, she was immediately rescued and fostered by NEBR in what may be the fastest foster-to perm conversion in our history (lasted about five minutes before the foster was calling us saying “I’m keeping her!). Zoe underwent a surgical procedure for her leg that made her the first bulldog to get it, and miraculously, it worked! She is running around on all fours, bulldozing her way through sofa cushions and life. She now resides In Chelmsford, MA with her family and has no luxury spared in her forever home!

ADOPTED! Magnus
ADOPTED! All hail Magnus, lord of the sectional sofa! Magus was fostered by North End Bulldog Rescue at the tender age of 5 weeks before he was adopted by the PERFECT family that he was destined for! He has the cutest cleft lip, and means business when it comes to play time. He is incredibly social, and loves to cuddle and give kisses. Now coming in at around 68 lbs, you can’t miss this fluffer when he’s out for strolls at his home in Charleston, SC.

Adopted! "Rocco"
ADOPTED!
Rocco was surrendered to us and is the sweetest boy. He is inbound to us from California from our recent run to the west coast to save some bullies! We’re excited to get him to his forever family in the very near future. Rocco will need to be the “only child” in the household, he wants to give you 100% of his attention and gets jealous if you’re giving any to anyone else.
Rocco was adopted last week by his foster, who fell in love with him immediately! He’s already adjusted to the east coast lifestyle, and his new owner and he spend a lot of time enjoying showing Rocco all of the things he hasn’t experienced before (his first trip to the beach was last week, and he LOVED it!). We’re always excited for a success story: Rocco couldn’t be a better one. Thank you Michael for your help, support, and giving this kiddo such a great forever home.

Adopted! Gizmo
Gizmo was an owner surrender to a shelter in Massachussetts. She was one of a bonded pair, and her sibling passed away leaving her lonely and anxious. We think she needs to connect with a new pup that will give her that friendship she is missing.
Gizmo is a beautiful brown tri female, she does have some skin allergies and we’re working through them with some special shampoo and conditioner! She has great energy, loves people, and loves walks.
To inquire about Gizmo, please email adoptions@northendbulldogrescue.org.

Adopted! Gremlin
Adopted! Gremlin was a recent save from another one of our Los Angeles shelters. She was left for dead by someone that couldn’t afford her health care needs, so we stepped in and provided her immediate medical care and she is on the road to recovery!
She will be a few weeks before she’s ready to go to a forever home, but she’s already improving and ready to get well!
Gremlin is a 2+/- female French bulldog, and just as sweet as she can be!
For more info on Gremlin or to apply to foster or adopt her, please email adoptions@northendbulldogrescue.org!

Adopted! "Howie"
ADOPTED!
Howie was saved literally hours before being euthanized at SEEACA in Los Angeles. Thanks to the wonderful efforts of our volunteers, we were able to facilitate an immediate foster for him that will most likely become his forever! Howie has many medical issues that need attending to, your donations to North End Bulldog Rescue help us assure he and our other kiddos get all of the care they need!

"Hugo"
In Foster Care!
Hugo comes to us from Southern California from our recent west coast run he inspired to save him from the shelter in Los Angeles! He is a Class A cuddle bug, and loves to spend all of his time on all things soft. We’re over the moon excited to help this little boy get to his forever home, he is going to make someone’s family very happy! Initial survey of him shows him to be very healthy and happy, he loves his walks and he loves attention. He doesn't seem to mind other dogs, and has been great around both men and women. He startles around sound noises, but don’t we all? If you’re interested in Hugo, please email taylor@northendbulldogrescue.org and we’ll wait list you for updates and info!
